1. Ordering

How do I find a product?

  • You can browse through our entire online catalogue by selecting one of our main product categories, from the homepage. Each time you select a category from this main menu, you will be shown the range of products available in that category. When you click on a product, you will be offered more information on that product, including the ability to add it to your ‘Basket’.
  • If you know the product you are looking for, you can also search for it using our search facility in the top right corner of the screen.

How do I order and pay online?

  • Once you have found the products you are looking for, click on the ‘add to basket’ button for each product you wish to select. You will then be directed to your ‘Basket’. Don’t forget that you can remove products from your Basket by clicking on the ‘Remove’ button on the right of the screen or stop the ordering process at any time prior to pressing the ‘Place order’ button.
  • Please note that all prices are shown in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery is free.
  • Once you have added all of your items to your Basket, and have checked that it is complete, click the ‘Checkout’ button at the bottom of the screen.
  • If you have not registered, you will be asked to register before proceeding with your order. If you have registered, then you will be asked to login and complete your delivery details. You will then be presented with the delivery options which are available for your order. These options will vary depending on the type of products you have ordered. See the Delivery Information below for more details.
  • You will be asked to complete your payment details. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch and Solo. Your details will be encrypted to keep them secure. See our Security section in our Terms and Conditions for more details.
  • After completing your payment details, select ‘Place order’ to submit your order. You will receive an on-screen acknowledgement of your order. We will also send you an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your order.

How much does it cost?

  • Delivery is FREE!

Where do you deliver?

  • We only deliver products to customers with mainland UK addresses. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable.
  • We cannot deliver outside of the UK mainland, to places such as Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and the Scottish Islands.

When is it delivered?

We have two types of delivery services depending on the nature of product ordered; a parcel delivery service for smaller items and a home delivery service for televisions and larger items. For simplicity, the type of service is automatically determined when an order is placed.

Smaller items

  • You can choose your preferred date of delivery from a list of available delivery dates during the check out process. The delivery dates available for your order will depend on the delivery address and time you place the order. Delivery will be made on the day that you select for delivery.
  • Delivery times are from 8.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). All product will need to be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over on delivery. ID may be requested as proof of age.

Larger items

  • You can choose your preferred date of delivery from a list of available delivery dates during the check out process. The delivery dates available for your order will depend on the delivery address and time you place the order. Delivery will be made on the day that you select for delivery.
  • Delivery times are from 7.00 am – 7.00 pm Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). All products will need to be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. ID may be requested as proof of age.
  • For home delivery, the item will be delivered to a room of your choice, provided the delivery personnel do not believe there is any health and safety issue involved e.g. staircase too narrow. They will unpack (packaging will be left with customer) and power up the product only to ensure that it is working.

We make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timescales; however delays occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If we have to delay or cancel the delivery for any reason, we will try to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery date. What if no-one was in when we delivered?

  • If you were not in when we attempted delivery, you should call the telephone number on the notification slip that we left you to re-schedule a delivery. If we have tried unsuccessfully to attempt delivery on four occasions, we will let you know by e-mail that we consider our contract cancelled. We will then refund you within 14 days of our receiving confirmation that the product has been returned to our warehouse.
